BC Strength Blocks are a multi-purpose training tool designed to provide elevation for a variety of exercises including Straddle Lifts and Step Ups. For Straddle Lifts we advise purchasing the Block Package as this allows for 2 stacks of 5 Blocks at a height of 10 inches each. Each purchase of 10 Blocks (5 Pairs) also provides a discount.

The top surface is lightly textured to provide additional grip.

Please note that the BC Blocks are not designed to have weights dropped on them.

Please note that no BC T-Bell or weight plates are included with this purchase.

My review is more of customer service. My blocks were delivered to the wrong place and customer service helped me to get another sent out. Some of the best customer service I have experienced in awhile. I just received my blocks and haven’t unpacked yet once I do I’ll leave another review.

10 blocks = 20 inches height

purchased the 10 block package for step ups, deficit squats, lunges and deadlifts. The blocks are sturdy and stay in place while they remain easy to stack and unstack if going from 1 taller stack to 2 side by side during the workout. I purchased some interlocking foam tiles to place beneath it to keep them from slipping and to protect the hardwood floor beneath. Shipping was quick.

The only complaint I would have is it's not easy to pull apart but they are stable
