The BC Strength Glute Bench comes in 2 sizes and is suitable for a wide range of exercises, including a quick and easy option for hip thrusts, step ups and jumping movements. It can be used with barbells, dumbbells, sand bags, bands, kettlebells and more.

Due to its lightweight dense foam construction the BC Strength Glute Bench can be easily moved and stacked if required.

The small sized Glute Bench is 24 inches long, 12 inches tall and weighs 7lbs, and the large sized Glute Bench is 36 inches long, 14 inches tall and weighs 18lbs. The large sized Glute Bench is better suited to taller individuals (over 5 foot, 8 inches) or those with a longer torso in relation to their total height.

The BC Strength Glute Bench has been load tested to 1200lbs.

Great product

I own a gym. We bought a set several years ago and it held up well. The zipper finally gave out on one. The super dense foam will eventually start to give but I have 1500 members so it is used a LOT. Totally happy with the product!!

Great Bench

Ordered the large bench when sidelined by a fall. Product shipped within 1 day. It is well constructed, comfortable and versatile. It can also be stored on end for space efficiency.

This bench has helped me safely train, progress and recover using a wide variety of exercises. Bought the Glute Loops as well. Incredibly solid products.

I am 5'10" and was just using my bench for hip thrusts which made it difficult when upping the weight - I got the large box here and IT HAS MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD. So much easier to go heavier, its safer and I can engage my glutes so much better. Definitely worth it!!!
