First off, I’d like to apologize to Mr. Jeff Cavalier for doing him dirty like this. I don’t think it’s fair to react to a video that somebody made a couple of years prior. The reason why is that new research is always emerging and we change our minds accordingly. Jeff might feel differently about some of these exercises with the recent studies that have been published and here I am critiquing him for not being psychic, lol.
At any rate, I’m glad we agree on the barbell hip thrust! It’s the best IMO. But I’m biased; I invented it. We agreed on a lot and disagreed on some things too, and that’s fine. It’s nice to hear different influencer’s thoughts on various exercises to gain a thorough perspective. I like that Jeff doesn’t just follow the crowd and isn’t afraid to go against the grain.
