The BC Strength Rotisserie Bar is a specialized bar that features an integrated back pad, designed specifically for optimal hip thrust performance. By allowing your back to rest comfortably on the pad and hinging your torso around the bar, this unique design minimizes lower back involvement and maximizes glute engagement. This product is an improvement upon our previous Thruster Pad Bar, and now includes rotating sleeves on either side of the bar. These reduce movement of the bar in the J-Cups, resulting in a more stable exercise and improved effectiveness.
This setup not only provides a complementary hip thrusting experience but also enables you to handle heavier loads compared to traditional methods, promoting progressive overload and strength gains. At Glute Lab, we refer to these as “rotisserie hip thrusts.”
